Subj : GPS To : JOE MACKEY From : Daryl Stout Date : Wed Jan 08 2020 18:30:00 Joe, JM> There's a suburban community here, built c. 1970, with story book names: JM>Snow White Road, Sleepy Street, Dopey Drive, etc. Along with Robin Hood JM>Lane, Maid Marion St., etc. JM> (I never knew it was there until I temped with a moving company here in JM>the early '90s. Its nearly a huge gated area). Why am I thinking of the 5 weasels in "Who Framed Roger Rabbit"?? :P JM> Outside the main downtown area the streets twist and wind and generally JM>follow old cow paths. That's where it gets dodgy with directions, names, JM>etc. At least they cleaned up the street deposits. :P JM> A friend of mine, who recently celebrated his 59th anniversary, has a JM>daughter named Leah. He use to joke it was like going to the race track whe JM>he would to her "Hi Leah". That was a great place...originally built nearly 100 years ago. They had "The Flamingo Stakes" there...but they quit racing there nearly 50 years ago, due to 2 nearby race tracks (Gulfstream and Calder). They also have Jai-Alai down there. JM> Hey, if I were homeless I would head some place warm all the time. :) True...but the street as the sandbox is a bit much. Daryl * OLX 1.53 * I tried to catch some fog.
