Good thing cats don't have opposable thumbs.... or long index
fingers....  ;)  Not sure how well they read, though I do know that most
understand everything that people say around them.... <G>

Besides, I wasn't thinking of conducting the test over the course of
weeks, or even days.... more like within 24 hours.... Any
self-respecting cat wouldn't starve in that short period of time...
they'd find a way to talk us into feeding them something better... :)
