And if that means things are a little harder to clean, its is a price well worth paying. My place looks like a typical professor's apartment. Its small, with bookshelves with books, old time radio CD's, computer odds and ends (external drives, etc), tables with drawers, table lamps, papers and such piled here and there. The place is clean, but it looks a bit disorganised. I have had periods where I put things away and then could never find what I was looking for. As I wrote, I'm somewhat like the stereotyped absent-minded professor who roots around looking for something then just puts things back into stacks and piles when I find what I'm looking for.
