  I worked 7-3 shift for years and got in the habit of being up early to
check the overnight news and email.  I got into the habit (one of my few good
ones) of those hours.
  It's odd though.  
  Many is the time I awaken between 4 and 5.30 and go on and get up.  BUT,
on weekends when I'm working I "sleep in" till around 6 since I can do all
that while I'm hard at work warming a chair.  :)
