I had no idea what any of the laws of thermodynamics were about.

Back when I was in High School I had a class about Physics but couldn't
remember what Thermodynamics was about or even it the class covered that
subject  ... so I searched on DuckDuckGo for:

second law of thermodynamics

and this link was in the results page:
