  When I became my late Mom's caregiver, I got so where I just ate one meal
a day...usually lunch. I rarely eat breakfast, unless I have to go out early.
I haven't done a ham radio license exam in over a year, due to COVID-19, but
the tests were in the morning.

  The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) recommends one have enough
non-perishable food and potable water to last at least 72 hours (3 days).
Unfortunately, very few are that prepared.

  It was the same with the flu shot.
