Oooh, yes, doctotrs with a morbid sense of humour. 

I love the story of an 80-year-old woman who went in for dental work.

She l;aid in the chair, was prepped by the CDA, then the dentist came over,
prepaeing to drill, & he stops to say, "Excuse me, Madame, but you seem to have
my testicles in your hand."

She repliess, ever so sweetly, "That's right, sonny, & we're not going to hurt
each other, are we?"
