I like having a camera in my pocket at all times, with instant review if the photos I take. I wazsn't sure of the game a local grocery store was playing on getting out of selling at flyer pricing (as is the law); I negotiated with a lower level manager to split the difference on a $20 box of halloween candy, by giving me another brand(more expensive) for the flyer price. I explained to him I'd taken a photo of the display & emailed it to my compter at home to compare to the flyer I had there (they no longer provided fltyers in store. . hmmm. . .) I now, when there's likely to be a dispute at the till (shelf price higher t han flyer price, I photo the shelf & look up the flyer online, & ensure I get my free item (if the scanner scans even 1c higher than ANY other price ANYWHERE in their advertuising (including in store hand-written signs) I get first item free (up to $10) I once got over 30 cherery pies at Safeway before they fixed the code in the computer to stop ringing up as solid-top fruit pie ($1 more than lattice-top) I'd pop in every couple days intending to buy a cherry pie, & BOOM, it rang up too high again. . . I began giving every second one to a fellow sweet tooth in the building! Never hsd that much of a deal since, but they got lots of promotion out of those $150 worth of pies! Everybody wins! My favourite way to play life! > "It wasn't marked handicap". According to this photo the sign is right > there in the photo. > "I had my HC hang tag up".
