  No, she passed to Rainbow Bridge several years ago.

  I'm sure you will find a lot of shows you would like.

  I've seen a few new shows, (post 2000) but they seem to use to many
special effects and whiz bang graphics for me.  Same with movies.

  I am often able to follow a program with just the sound.  I can imagine
the character driving somewhere, for example, without watching him drive
somewhere.  That was developed listening to OTR. 
  Sometimes programs are just radio with pictures.  :)
  Now watching a detective/mystery show video is important when revealing a
unspoken clue for example.
  People are constantly amazed I don't even own a tv set.
