There is no secret special area.  The support lists are always a good place
to ask:

Post the relevant logs snippets and in particular any error messages.

It would also be helpful to know:

1. What version of Windows you are running?
2. Do you AV software installed?
3. Is anything else running on Port 25?

If this is a Windows Privilege issue have you checking and/or tried to set
it to Run as Administrator etc..
