Ok, after all these years I'm having problems connecting to the POP3 server
to retrieve mail.

Normally, when the system burps and leaves a mess, it's really easy to get
back up and running, not so this time.

I am getting "Unable to connect to POP3 server" from not only OE but TransX.

I am sure I have just forgot to put something in someplace, so a little
finger pointing to the right spot would be groovy!

Mail is coming in, but not going out.

I can connect via telnet on port 25 and port 110.
