I'm not sure if FidoNet domains are supposed to be case-sensitive or not. One
spec (FRL-1028) states that the domain must only contain lowercase letters (or decimal digits, and -, _, and ~). Any have a good definitive reference for whether FidoNet domains are supposed to be case-sensitive?
