  Then I'm not sure why it isn't showing otherwise.

  In SCFG, I have it as Central Time, with Daylight Savings Time as YES. I
don't know if putting it to Automatic would make a difference or not. With
my luck, Congress will change when DST is in effect.

  To my knowledge, I don't have a customized header, but I have other
local areas for chatting, including an area for Visiting Sysops (at least
access level 80 or above).

  I did discover a glitch for posting requirements in some areas of board
1, including the Visiting Sysops area. That has been corrected.
