  That is likely the issue. The previous download was from Nov. 1.

  When I unzip the files, I shut down the control panel beforehand. But, 
I didn't think deleting those 2 files beforehand would solve the problem.

  That's good.

  I saw a message from Nightfox, and what he reported was exactly the
error I was getting.
