why do you even want that info? what if your system is compromised and their data is stolen? they can sue you no matter what disclaimer you put up.

i don't want anybody's personal information. i ask for birthdate but that's
just something i havent switched off. i'd rather just ask 'age' because i'm curious about my user demographics.

i recommend that you pare down your user questions.
