Subj : Black lines through ftelnet on web4 interface

Hi All,
I've just started a new BBS - my first interaction with a BBS since the 90s, so
I'm rusty. 
I've got the web interface setup through web4, but the default image in the
ftelnet box is broken up with black horizontal lines across it. 
I can't for the life of me figure out exactly what is causing it. It should be
visible at https://bofhnet.au
Seems to be consistent across browsers. It's only the default image. Once you
connect via Telnet, it appears to display correctly. 

Appreciate any hints I can get.
