I have never updated modopts.ini, but it was missing the section of last_user listing.. It only had the question on whether or not to show it.

I have been updating exec via the separate update files, sbb_dev.zip, run.zip, ctrl etc. then running jsexec.js update.. Last night I did a full re-install and read the Wiki of what directories to copy over, installed my door Server Rlogin package in the mods directory and everything worked like a charm.. Just gotta finish updating the VM it resides in and it will be ready to go online in place of my current one.. 

THank you again for all the help.. The more I screw around with the internal workings of it, I am learning more about it..
