AT&T FIber just moved in, but because of the street I'm on, AT&T fiber hangs lowest of all of the cables, and my neighbor's cable has been clipped by trucks thrice. It's taken 4-5 days to repair it each time - they roll a mid-sized pickup truck with a 6 foot ladder out with no chance of repairing it to meet the SLA, then call it in to escalate. ....
