What do you mean about setting it up "slightly"? I migrated my Synchronet BBS from Windows to Linux a few years ago (also with Linux Mint), and I actually found it fairly smooth. I didn't do any pre-setup with SCFG; I simply copied my Synchronet directory tree over to my Linux setup. I made sure I set the needed environment variables (I set SBBSROOT, SBBSCTRL, and SBBSEXEC), and Synchronet was able to find its configuration & everything. In SCFG, I just had to change the command lines for the doors & such (for instance, not running .bat files & such), changed paths to ensure they were correct, etc. Nightfox --- þ Synchronet þ Digital Distortion: digitaldistortionbbs.com * Origin: Vertrauen - [vert/cvs/bbs].synchro.net (1:103/705) .
