Fines for violating military registration rules can now be paid via Reserve+ with a 50% discount

This summer, the Reserve+ app will allow conscripts to pay fines for violations of military registration rules with a 50% discount.Those currently serving in the military who still have outstanding fines of this kind will be fully exempt from payment.
