Court has changed the pre-trial restriction for former commander of 125th Brigade, Horbenko, to nighttime house arrest

The measure of restraint has been changed for the former commander of the 125th Brigade, Artur Horbenko, who is accused of improper defense of Kharkiv region in May 2024.
