The "ERROR calling getaddrinfo: 11001" error typically indicates that the program or application is unable to resolve a hostname to an IP address. This usually means there's a problem with your DNS server or your computer's ability to communicate with it, preventing the program from establishing a connection. 

.... not knowing your setup, i would verify that you can resolve and ping the host and port combination that you have configured.
