switcharoo... I recommended a business-class connection.

The difference in price between a residental and buisness connection cannot
be that much. Maybe your friend can go without 420 and beers a few times? If 
thats out of the question then help him chase his tail with dynamic IP.

But the Sysop you and others keep defending is soliciting donations and has a
goal of buying a Dell 730 with 5x18tb drives... for his BBS... How this goes
over your head is astounding. You tell ME why would someone need that type of
stuff... methinks it ain't for his board and certainly not for his callers.
