Yeah, it seems to be a bit more sensible here.  The most significant local
differences are news bulletins, where the regional networks have an additional
local news service that is broadcast after the main state news, or instead of
the last 30 minutes of the news.  The regional news services can cover
relatively small areas that might be serviced by only one or two main
transmitters.
