It was created by THEDRAW and saved in ASCII mode (.ASC) and not as an ANSI. I triple checked that, actually loaded the ANSI file, removed all the colour and completely changed the 1st lines and saves as ASCII, 3 times.
I don't understand why it isn't displaying properly.
I will continue to re-examining the file in THEDRAW.
