Well, the problem the logs showed was absolutely triggered by your system
sending "OPT NR".  Maybe it sends it regardless of the -nr option?  The binkd
documentation suggests that the -nr flag is only used on outbound connections,
so perhaps binkd sends OPT NR on all incoming connections?
