  They could be square dancers. One guy had a badge that noted F.B.I.
for Female Body Inspector. Another one had a PPI badge for pettipants
inspector. That's what the women wear under their skirts, so that when
they twirl, you don't see their panties.

  There is a fun badge with a sketch of the pettipants, and the word
OOPS!! -- meaning they forgot to wear them...and I understand "you only
do that once". <G>
