I think I'd be finding an alternative.  Adult tricycle with some sort of
cart for putting groceries and other stuff in.  Around here would need
to motorized so maybe a scooter (don't recall one with a cart).  (Locally
a lot of hills.)

I have considered getting a postage scale but the cost of the scale 
outweighs the cost savings of putting on an extra stamp.  (Pun not 
intended but was good!)
