There was a short series on TV (ABC?) several years ago about nature; 
hosted by Helen Mirram who inserted numerous 'interesting' comments and 
deliveries.  One quick segment about a snake, just coiled up, looking 
for something in the distance.  Voiceover of the snake talking to 
himself, upset because people not showing up for his birthday party. 
Final line is "well happy <tweeeeet!> birthday to me!" with him flicking 
his tongue out during the 'tweeet' as a party noisemaker.
