I am not 100% sure why, either. I think his reasoning revolves around
security but I don't think BT is any more secure really than wi-fi.  The
reason he wants to do any of this is because he only has internet via his
phone plan and is looking for a way to share that with his PC. Right now,
he has no ethernet capability for the internet.
