Although with your comment about the procedure (rarely) not being effective, I may have them check again to be sure...even though I had mine done in 2003, almost 17 years ago now. When the urologist walked in, he quipped "If I had a book in one hand that said "Vasectomy 101" on it, and a mustard covered hot dog in the other, you'd probably be a bit nervous!!". I replied "What was your first clue???!!" :P I had to put "frozen peas" in the groin area for several days afterwards to keep the swelling down. My late wife, Janice, said "you'll never look at them the same way again". Actually, since I can't eat corn anymore, because of the diverticulitis, I'm glad to be able to eat some vegetable.
