  I've got a deal on the BBS, describing Kegel exercises for men and
women. The arthritis is so bad in the hips now (and throughout the
body) that I use a cane daily...but have a walker, and a wheelchair at
the ready. I have been doing rather well gettting around at recent
square dances. The hard part is driving long distances...for the
traffic, construction zones, and your foot is basically in the same
position for a long period of time.

  Hard to say. As the late Art Linkletter's show noted, "Kids Say The
Darndest Things". <G>

  I remember one episode, where he was interviewing this young girl, who
said she wanted to get married and have a ton of children. He asked her
what she wanted to be, and she replied "A nun" -- the look on his
face was priceless!! <BG>.
