No the first time I've been the only one to say anything!  Could be 
something here isn't filtering -- umm, that's intended to mean the BBS, 
not my brain! 

As for the fourteen options, from a quick read on what UTF-8 is seems 
like would be the best option.  Here the 'error' only is displayed in 
the Subject field; the message body is fine.  Probably just leave as is
unless someone who knows the details can suggest a potential fix.
