Subj : Another Day In The ER To : Daryl Stout From : Barry Martin Date : Fri Mar 05 2021 07:29:00 Hi Daryl! DS> We've always had climate change and global warming...it's DS> called WEATHER. BM> Whether you like it or not!! DS> The Weather Is Here...Wish You Were Beautiful. It's supposed to be windy next week -- there goes my hair! BM> And some people don't dress per conditions. At the store the main BM> boilee had failed - of course during a cold snap when needed the most. BM> Some of the "little girl cashiers" were still wearing their summer- BM> weight frilly almost-no-sleeves tops and for some reason were freezing. DS> Or they check the forecast on Sunday, and think it won't change DS> for a week. The forecast changes more often than you change your DS> underwear!! They just needed to take a look outside at the snow! BM> And unfortunately probably more of those flying snow sheets because of BM> more SUVs: the top of the vehicle can't be reached. DS> I've got a brush to get the snow and ice off the vehicle, and DS> an ice scraper to clear the windows. But, I think our winter is DS> gone until late this year. Should be able to get them on end-of-season sale!! BTW, get a decent ice scraper: those $1.99 ones aren't going to last when you're pushing down on it or hacking at the ice. You can save on scraping by tieing plastic bags over your side mirrors; the ones from the grocery store work fine. Storm coming; cover the mirror with the bag, doesn't accumulate on the mirror where it's difficult to scrape -- just untie the bag. ¯ BarryMartin3@ ® ¯ @MyMetronet.NET ® ....
