I was thinking it was the Grinch swapping a few of your key caps.  (Poor
guy's really in a funk with the virtual keyboards!)

Flash back time!  Used to be a Denny's Restaurant where a friend and I 
would sometimes grab a late-ish dinner: 7 or 8; I don't recall when they
closed but was several hours later.  They consistently ran out of baked 
potatoes!  Potatoes are one of the easiest items to hold: bake a bunch, 
pile in the warmer because they don't squish.
