Would make sense to spend a little to save a lot.  I haven't looked into
it, mainly because of the bad taste we still have from them. but all of 
the residential advertising is for the bundled packaging, plus is for 
the one-year introductory pricing.

A fiber-optic company has started the very basics of their distribution 
here: have the contracts with the City and I have seen some workmen 
taking measurements.  Their offerings look interesting.
