If I had known what I know now, I probably would have. I initially upgraded a test system and played around some with the programs I use the most, but I didn't test them enough apparently. I did have shotcut and medit both set up on hold. When I realized the old shotcut wasn't going to work anymore, I removed that hold. OTOH, medit is still installed and working fine. If I had it to do over again, I would have held both gimp and audacity -- the latter may be an issue with using it with lxqt, though, as I have not tried to reproduce the error with gnome yet. * SLMR 2.1a * We're lost, yes.....but we're making good time. --- SBBSecho 3.28-Linux * Origin: ILink: CCO - capitolcityonline.net (454:3/105) .
