My Dad used to get Sunday Sun newspaper every week which has a TV guide in it along with comics and the horoscope.  I remember reading the comics and my sign each week.  I don't really buy into a lot of that stuff, but when I was a kid it I do remember wondering if there was anything to it.

I imagine they're all pulled out of somewhere, along with fortune cookie papers.
