  With Entergy Arkansas (electricity), I have levelized billing, so there
is only a slight variation between the bill from month to month. I also
have the same with Center Point Energy (gas). I've had to run the heat
a few times in recent days, as it got chilly overnight. Unfortunately,
there is no such deal on the water and trash. I use as little water as
possible (since I live alone), so the bill averages around $75 a month.
The electric and gas bills range from $50 to $90, depending on the time
of year. They'd be much more otherwise...and the levelized billing really
helps if you're on a fixed income (like I am).
