I do my best to exercise my lungs as much as possible. Walking and of course playing the trombone helps a lot too. I do take a heck of a lot more breaths than my fellow players. I also had that allergy prick test 10+ years ago and had a lot of things show up on it. I didn't feel it was very accurate though. I continued to have allergys even after a lengthy dosage of shots. Finally the best thing that works for me is taking Levocetrizi (Zyzal) nightly. The majority of my allergies were sinus related and I haven't had a serious episode since. I am recovering myself from a ESWL procedure yesterday, they blasted a kidney stone with sound waves. Pretty cool tech and no incision, but I am still sore and have some pain. They also put a stent in my ureter which doesn't feel great, but not as bad as I thought it would be. I'll get it taken out on 22nd.
