I can handle this better than COVID.  It took me two months to get over 
COVID when I got it last Labor Day.

I'm weird.  I LOVE the taste.  My grandparents would break the lozenges in
half but I use the whole thing.  It really works on me.  I do love the taste
of licorice so that might be part of it.

I turn mine off at night since I use a humidified CPAP machine but I turn it
on first thing in the morning.  Since I first turned it on about 90 minutes
ago, I have noticed the heat (I use an oil-filled radiator heater in my
bedroom as the wall-mounted heat pump in the living room tends to run all
night; it's really inefficient) being less harsh and more comfy.

Hopefully I'll get more sleep tonight.  I got about 12 hours of sleep in
while trying to avoid coughing spasms.
