That's pretty drastic.  What if that message was "Hey Shawn..  
my new phone number is <nnn-nnn-nnnn>.  Give me a call!"

Hiya sounds interesting.  Probably wouldn't be a version that  
my BlackBerry Q10 could support.  :(   My Q10 is my principal  
phone for business, so I *have* to answer most "Unknown caller"  
calls.  The only time I see the "ID/name" of a caller is when I  
have added that number to my Contacts list with a Name.
