I think I confused google, but partially got my answer...  If I symlink a
directory from an nvme drive to a sata drive, do I get sata or nvme speeds?
Google said SATA, but also said that the bottleneck is the physical drive.
As an example, I'd
symlink /d c:\ele e:\ele
where c: is the sata drive and e: is the nvme drive.  I can't install my OS
on the nvme drive (it crashes every time I try), but I can symlink to it...

What is the correct answer?
