Considering that no one is offering any details on the specific  
hack, and considering that Teamviewer was used (I've use that  
program in the past too) I would bet that the "hack" was  
someone's kid who managed to play around with his parent's  
Teamviewer configuration when the parent wasn't around to  
notice.
