Chrome is overly anal about security (which is absolutely silly since the stuff on Hamdata is public record anyway) and while the owners of Hamdata need to fix their broken website, it is still functional. My website(s) are designed to work with or without https. I have nothing on any of my websites that is not meant for public view so while my webhost offers free SSL certs for my websites, I don't openly advertise it. I think it's silly at times that a simple website with public info on it has to be "secure" like that. A site with highly personal info like banking? Sure.
