   Saturday: Snow showers likely after 1pm, mixing with sleet after 4pm.
   Cloudy, with a high near 39. North wind around 5 mph becoming east in the
   afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow and sleet accumulation
   of less than a half inch possible.    
                                         
   Saturday Night: Snow showers and freezing rain, possibly mixed with sleet
   before 1am, then freezing rain, possibly mixed with sleet between 1am and
   3am, then freezing rain after 3am. Low around 27. Southeast wind 5 to 10
   mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New ice accumulation of 0.2 to 0.4
   of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half
