Subj : Amiga On The Pi! To : All From : Night Stalker Date : Sat Jun 17 2017 15:37:02 Just a quick little tidbit of information to those Amiga enthusiasts.. I've stumbled across something that I am sure would draw your attention if you are the owner of a Raspberry Pi 3 :D There exists a distribution for the Pi called Amibian which when written to SD card (and after obtaining kickstart and workbench images) transforms your Pi into an almost perfecly emulated Amiga. I have it installed and am currently running Amiga OS 3.9 with Genesis TCP/IP stack and inbount telnet connections work as if you were running real hardware Google Amibian as the website link is rather odd looking, but the first hit on goggle is where you need to go. Other tools needed are Win32DiskImager and SDFormat If people are having issues I can probably write up a short quick tutorial on how to get it running with basic Amiga 1200 settings. Once you are that far the rest is trial and error :) --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A31 (Raspberry Pi) * Origin: internal dimension ÷ idbbs.dlinkddns.com ÷ port 59 (80:519/0) .
