The most realistic is to find traces of civilizations before the Ice Age, 
when the ocean level was lower and the climate was hotter. The most ancient 
buildings known to us date back to 9-10 thousand years BC. Gobekle - Tepe 
and Chatal Gyuyuk. In principle, a couple of hundred years is enough for the 
development of a local civilization. Therefore, everything is possible.
