Another intelligent species would certainly keep religious scholars
busy. Maybe the same God is responsible for all life, better hope they
look like us or we'll have a religious war over which species God made
in his image.

I believe the chance that our civilization is on par with an
interstellar species is slim. They'd look on us as monkeys with
clothes.
