For some reason...whenever I start thinking about this topic...I keep
thinking about The Twilight Zone episode called "To Serve Man" from 1962 with
the great Richard Kiel (Jaws from the Bond movies). Even The Simpsons did a
take on this.

You are right and if this episode is correct...way too many people will be
more than happy to not even try to fight...no matter their level of
technology. Hope I am wrong...but when I see the current state of the
US...the ones who should be questioning will be the ones giving themselves/us
over to our new overlords. Love The Simpsons...but the Kang/Kodos episode
from the election of 1996 is more the truth than just a cartoon look at life.
